Allow updating account configuration after initial import

Some users accidentally make changes or recognize later that the fields they chose don’t always contain the information they need (Given that most fields returned by mappings are optional for example).

Note: this would be useful for debugging as well, as users can see the transactions available from Lunchflow, although perhaps that should be offered separately? …
