Better Sure integration

Rather than going through Sure’s API, I’m working with the Sure team on a more native experience within the Sure app, which:

1. uses a pull model, so you don’t need to expose your self-hosted app to the internet.

2. offers more features, as it’s not constrained by the Sure API which is not as mature.
