Support Pending Transactions

We currently don't sync pending transactions because these transactions are handled differently in each open banking provider, and bank; They can be removed, deleted, or updated at later points in time, which will require special handling for every destination.

Some of these actions are not possible currently for some destinations (for example, Lunch Money's API doesn't support deleting transactions).

However, feel free to add your use case here (including open banking provider and destination), and I’ll keep you updated on the progress.
