Platform API: Expose last sync timestamp per account

Platform API developer (Stratakis, info@webgift.gr) building a personal dashboard requested the ability to determine the last sync timestamp for an account via the API. This would help developers know how fresh the balance/transaction data is without needing to use the Lunch Flow dashboard.
