Re-enable updating account name, payee and notes mapping

We disabled this temporarily to simplify the flow of connecting accounts to Lunch Money and Google Sheets (more details on that here), and we went with automated mapping for account name, payee and notes.

The mapping isn’t comprehensive, so the plan is to add the settings back, enabling users to override it as needed.
