Sync the date column in a format Sheets can understand

It seems dates are exported as ISO-8601, i.e. “2025-02-22T00:00:00.000Z”.

Google Sheets doesn’t understand this; it seems we have to re-convert:

Am I missing something, or is this intentional?

Surely this should be configurable?
